Permudah Pembayaran Iuran, Askes Gandeng Tiga Bank

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- PT Askes menggandeng tiga bank BUMN untuk mempermudah pembayaran iuran jaminan kesehatan nasional BPJS. Ketiga bank tersebut adalah PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia, PT Bank Mandiri, dan PT Bank Negara Indonesia. Kerja sama juga merupakan salah satu langkah Askes untuk bertransformasi menjadi BPJS Kesehatan mulai 1 Januari 2014.

Direktur Keuangan PT Askes, Purnawarman Basundoro, mengatakan ketiga bank bekerja sama dalam pengembangan dan transaksi virtual account, cash pooling, penerimaan iuran, pengumpulan iuran dan pendaftaran peserta. "Kerja sama ini diharapkan memberikan kemudahan kepada seluruh warga negara untuk mendaftar menjadi anggota BPJS Kesejatan," ujar Purnawarman di Jakarta, Senin (9/9).

Pembayaran premi asuransi Askes dapat dilakukan melalui internet banking, ATM dan teller ketiga bank tersebut. Askes dan tiga bank BUMN tersebut pun tengah menggodok kerja sama pengumpulan iuran melalui sistem payment point online banking (PPOB).
Purnawarman menekankan perlunya sosialiasi kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya asuransi kesehatan, terutama bagi segmen pekerja bukan penerima upah. Namun, ia mengaku khawatir dengan proses collecting premi dari golongan masyarakat tersebut. "Dengan kerja sama ini, mudah-mudahan masalah bisa teredam," ujar dia.

Direktur Bisnis Kelembagaan BRI, Asmawi Syam mengatakan, seluruh masyarakat Indonesia diharapkan bisa menjadi anggota BPJS. Peran BRI menjadi penting dalam kerja sama ini karena perseroan memiliki nasabah dari sektor usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM).
Sektor yang mayoritas pelakunya belum memiliki asuransi. "UMKM tidak ada asuransinya, yang punya asuransi hanya pegawai. Seluruh masyarakat diharapkan bisa di-cover oleh BPJS," ujar Asmawi.

Ia mengatakan, BRI akan berperan dalam mensosialisasikan pada UMKM pentingnya jaminan sosial. BRI berharap nasabah UMKM dapat mendaftar BPJS. "Caranya mu
dah. Cukup datang ke ATM. Tidak usah ke kantor BPJS," ujar dia.
Sebagai awal, BRI memberikan layanan berupa penerimaan pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan. Kemudian akan dilanjutkan dengan pelayanan pendaftaran kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan serta dukungan untuk pembayaran klaim melalui BRI Virtual Account (BRIVA).

BRI mengklaim, BRIVA merupakan satu-satunya virtual account perbankan dengan sistem real time online sehingga seluruh pembayaran premi dapat langsung tercatat secara real time on line di sistem kepesertaan BPJS.

Direktur Teknologi dan Operasi Bank Mandiri, Kresno Sediarsi, mengatakan Bank Mandiri telah menyiapkan fitur produk yang disambungkan ke rekening Askes, internet banking, cabang dan virtual account. Pada setiap cabang Bank Mandiri juga akan disediakan booklet, banner, leaflet, brosur, starterpack yang disediakan di seluruh Cabang Bank Mandiri.

Pembayaran iuran BPJS Kesehatan dapat dilakukan melalui jaringan cabang sebanyak 1.835 kantor cabang dalam negeri, 11.454 ATM Bank Mandiri, jaringan ATM Link dengan jumlah total 36.123 ATM, SMS banking, mobile banking, dan internet banking personal mau pun perusahaan.
