Unpacking Expenses Clause

This Policy extends to cover costs and expenses incurred by the Insured in taking inventory ( including unpacking, repacking and restocking ) to identify and value any property physically lost, destroyed or damaged by any peril insured against under this Policy, including examination of property nor belonging to but in  the care, custody or control of the Insured.

For the purpose of the application of average, the Insured’s declaration of values shall not include any allowance for the costs and expenses referred to in this extension.
